PEARL SAT Submission Form

Deadline: May 10, 2020

This form is for applicants who have submitted “Request for extension deadline for required documents” by April 7, 2020.

Please read "Application Guidebook for September 2020 Entry" thoroughly and submit the following 2 items through this online form.

1. Proof of order (PDF format)
Upload a printed copy of the screen or e-mail which clearly shows that you have arranged to have your SAT scores sent directly by the testing agency to the Keio University Admissions Center.

2. Your score (PDF format)
Upload a copy of your SAT Score Report, or a copy of your SAT scores printed out from the testing agency's website.

When you complete this online registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail account.
If you do not receive such a message within an hour, please re-do your registration.
