Document Submission
Please upload following documents
1). Upload the completed "Check List 2021" (PDF or MS Word).
2). Upload the completed "Information Form 2021" (PDF or MS Word).
3). Upload a Copy(PDF) of a Passing Certificate of the First Screening issued by the diplomatic mission.
4). Upload a Copy(PDF) of Your Passport. *Copy of passport (the page which shows your personal information and your passport photo). If you don't currently have a passport, you can omit this item.
5). Upload all the documents(PDF) except 1)～4)above. *Please make sure that documents are stamped by the diplomatic mission, and that all writing and photographs are clear and legible.
6). Upload the certificate or the pledge for ASJA International (PDF) to confirm you are a MEXT-ASCOJA student,If you are selected as a MEXT-ASCOJA student by your local Japanese embassy/consulate. *If you have not received any documents concerning MEXT-ASCOJA yet, please make a document on your own and upload it in any given format. ASEAN Countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Brunei Darussalam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Lao PDR.
